Learning Teaching Assistant L3 to work in our EYFS Unit
Do you want to be part of a child-centred, community-focused and forward thinking team? Well this could be the job for you! We are really excited about our new provision for three year olds called ‘Tiny Treasures at TCP!’ which we are starting in January 2018. We are looking to appoint a L3 Teaching Assistant who is early years through and through to support us in the day to day delivery of learning for our Little Treasures. Like us, they need to focused on a holistic approach to learning so that every child has the best possible start in their journey as a life-long learners.
We are looking for someone who understands that each child is unique and as such is able to support them individually and in groups using children’s interests as a tool for learning. You need to have experience in the EYFS and be able to work with both Nursery and Reception age pupils as the provision is part of an EYFS Unit. You will need to have a fantastic understanding of the areas of learning as well as the characteristics of effective learning and be able to ensure this is reflected in your practice.
